To understand the normal context of this comic, watch the fisrt cutscene in this video: [link]
You don't really have to watch it to understand, but I think you folks would want to know what really happened. XD

In the game, Alice is not mentally stable. So for most of the game her mind goes off to Wonderland while her body does stuff in reality that is never explained or shown. So when she ends up in jail and the cop explains what she did, well, it makes me think Alice does some crazy shit while her mind is in Wonderland. XD

I guess in London it's illegal to curse at insects. Well, in whatever time period this game takes place in.

Damn, there's period in place where a comma should be. Uh, just mentally change that into a comma when you run into it. I am too lazy to change it. >.>

Alice & the cops (c) American McGee and etc.

Aha ha ha ha ha! I love this!

(Also if you would like to know, the game is set in the year 1875, a time when London streets were only starting to become marginally safer than in previous eras and while it wasn't illegal to swear, to hear a woman swearing was considered shocking.
She may have been taken into custody for the sake of her own protection or to protect the peace. After all there was a woman in Whitechapel who was arrested for imitating a fire engine whilst drunk in 1888.)

It's Caterpillar's own fault for claiming three inches was such a splendid height to be.

I think cursing at insects could fall under 'disturbing the peace'. Just not sure there was a charge for THAT back then...

Now every time I go out in my back yard, I remember to swear at the red ants.
